Legislation opened up Navy Federal Credit Union to all branches of the Armed Forces, DOD and their families.  So how did we create brand enthusiasts, much less activists, out of activists for brands Marine Corps, Army and Air Force? We appealed to their common pride of service and story-telling nature.  Imagine how a Marine, soldier, pilot or even a veteran-turned-football coach might relate their experiences with Navy Federal Credit Union.
